A new perspective shift for the founders
Write the copies with emotions or personalized feel & Analyze your data as people visit your store.
In this week's newsletter, we are going to look at the users & communication from a different aspect.
Do you think your website subscribers are just email lists? If yes, you need to read this.
This is the wrong perspective which will not help you to connect with your brands or the customers. Now, you will have different perspectives at the end of the newsletter.
First, let me show you how the founders are thinking about the data & tools.
Are you looking at the data below?
❌ We got 10 No.of purchasers today.
❌ Subscribed users are email list.
❌ Your thank you mail have “thank you for your purchases”.
Or
Are you looking at the data along with people's activities below?
✅ Subscribed users are email list who wants to connect with us & happy to receive updates from us.
✅ We got 10 No.of purchasers today. These people who believe in our product are going to add value to them.
✅ Saying just thank you for the purchases. Also, check out what we do, and why we exist. Our story.
These are a few examples, but there are more metrics, tools, audiences, and copies.
As a founder, your perfective should base on “whom you are talking to” and “What you are communicating”
You can use tools to reach the people, but the words that you use should have emotions & personal touch to their hearts. That makes people remember your brand more than other competitors. Here are some words:
✅ Glad
✅ Happy
✅ Great
✅ our story
✅ Success
✅ note or message from the founder.
Here are some examples of communication that we use for clients & other brands that are successful:
The words “Feel Good, Feel Confident” are the end value that people are looking for.
Instead of saying “thank you for the purchase”, the brand is saying “congratulations on making a healthy investment”.

Action Points to write better copies that relate to the customer as you speak with them:
Understand your customers: where they live, what kind of lifestyle, and what they are looking for from the product.
Always tell a story: Include customer problems & solutions.
Try to write the copies or content as you speak with them.
Add positive or uplifting words in the copies, landing page, and email.
Look at any metrics & then analyze what the data indicates as customers. For example, 100 People visited the product page, but no one not converted. What could be the reason & why they left without purchasing from the store.
