Today(10/4/22), afternoon I had a conversation with an anonymous from our last eCommerce marketing seminar attendee who runs an eCommerce store & other businesses too.
He mentioned that digital marketing or Facebook advertising is ruining money, but not generating sales.
Also, We have discussed more things about eCommerce. It was a really great talk.
Let’s come to the point!
Facebook ads or google ads are not generating sales for your brand?
If yes or that’s your mindset.

Big brands are successful with Facebook or Google ads, then why don't you?
Platforms are the same, but the results are different right?
It purely depends on your brand like: what is your product, market needs, right messaging & audience, strategy, etc…
Do you agree with that?
You need to understand this, my friend, Facebook, and Google are advertising platforms, not marketing. Advertising is a part of marketing.
So, there are other aspects you need to look at and implement in the beginning. In my understanding, there are 3 pillars to get success with eCommerce marketing.
Brand Foundation.
Customer Acquisition.
Retention.
When you implement properly with your eCommerce store, the results come to your brand which may be a newly launched or small business.
I believe you got some new perspective on channels & where you need to focus.
